Good morning, and welcome to the 13th meeting of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee. Before we begin, I remind everyone that social distancing measures are in place across Holyrood. Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the evidence that we will hear on the single-use plastics subordinate legislation, and item 5 is consideration of the committee’s work programme. Do members agree to take those items in private?
