Decision on Taking Business in Private

The committee’s main business today is an evidence session on the just transition commission. However, before we hear from our guests, we must deal with agenda item 2, which is to decide whether to take agenda items 4 and 5 in private. Agenda item 4 is consideration of the evidence that we will hear under item 3, and agenda item 5 is consideration of our approach to the scrutiny of a legislative consent memorandum on the United Kingdom Environment Bill.
