Agenda item 2 is subordinate legislation. The Public Procurement etc (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 make minor corrections to the transposition of European Union directives that regulate the award of concession and utilities contracts. As members have no substantive issues that they wish to raise, are we content for the instrument to come into force?
