Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 26th meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee takes items 7 and 8 in private. Does the committee agree to do so?

Owing to some technical difficulties in connecting, we will reschedule our session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans, Graeme Dey, which was to have been agenda item 2.
