Good morning. Welcome to the 13th meeting in 2011 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee, on St Andrew’s day. Members and the public should turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as leaving them in flight mode, or on silent, will affect the broadcasting system.
