Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the second meeting of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind members of the committee and the public to switch off mobile phones and BlackBerrys because they impact on the broadcasting system.

We have received no apologies.

Item 1 is to seek the committee’s agreement to take in private item 4 and any future consideration of our work programme. Is that agreed?
