Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2012 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to switch off mobile phones, BlackBerrys and other devices because they affect the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is a decision to take business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our approach to the scrutiny of a legislative consent memorandum on the Marine Navigation (No 2) Bill?
