Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2015 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. I remind those around the table and in the public gallery to switch off mobile phones because, even in silent mode, they can interfere with the broadcasting system. You will notice some committee members using tablets during the meeting. That is because we provide meeting papers in digital format.

We have received apologies from Jim Hume and welcome Alison McInnes to the committee in his place.
