Good morning, and welcome to the eighth meeting in 2026 of the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee. The fact that this is our last public session before dissolution will be of interest to committee members.
Our first agenda item is a decision on taking in private future consideration of the draft report on our inquiry on transparency of intergovernmental activity and the implications for parliamentary scrutiny, the draft report on our inquiry on Scottish broadcasting and the draft legacy report.
