Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the fifth meeting in 2011 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. I ask everyone to switch off their mobile phones and any other electronic equipment, as they interfere with the sound system. We have a full house; we have received no apologies, and I thank all members for attending.

The first item on the agenda is to decide whether to take in private items 3 and 4. Are members agreed?
