Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2014 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones, as they affect the broadcasting system. I have received apologies from Gordon MacDonald, and Gil Paterson is in attendance as a committee substitute.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. I seek the committee’s agreement to take in private item 4, to allow the committee to consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government’s draft budget 2015-16. Is that agreed?
