Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Christine Grahame)

Good morning and welcome to the second meeting of the Solicitors in the Supreme Courts of Scotland (Amendment) Bill Committee. I remind everyone present, including those who are at the table, to switch their mobile phones and tablets off, or to silent.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private item 3, which is a discussion on the evidence that we will hear today and the committee’s approach to scrutiny of the bill at the preliminary stage. Are we agreed?

Members indicated agreement.
