Welcome to the first meeting in 2016 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. I wish everyone a happy new year. Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 4 and 5. Item 4 is consideration of the evidence that we will hear on “Wildlife Crime in Scotland 2014: Annual Report”, and item 5 is consideration of our draft report to the Finance Committee on the Scottish Government’s draft budget for 2016-17. Do we agree to take those items in private?
