Home Energy Assistance Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014 (SSI 2014/40)

Agenda item 4 is consideration of a Scottish statutory instrument that is subject to the negative procedure. The regulations amend the eligibility criteria for grants under the energy assistance scheme. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee determined that it did not need to draw the Parliament’s attention to the regulations. The committee will now consider any issues that it wishes to raise in reporting to Parliament on the regulations. Members should note that no motion to annul has been lodged.
