Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the second meeting of the Burrell Collection (Lending and Borrowing) (Scotland) Bill Committee. I am the committee’s convener. I remind everyone who is present to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerry-type devices, as they can interfere with the sound system. We have no apologies and no additional MSPs are attending.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of the evidence taken and the next steps in our scrutiny of the bill at preliminary stage?
