Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. Welcome to the ninth meeting in 2018 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Affairs Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off their mobile phones. Any members who are using electronic devices to access committee papers should ensure that they are turned to silent.

We have received apologies from Richard Lochhead, Jackson Carlaw and Rachael Hamilton, and I welcome Dean Lockhart to the committee as a substitute for Rachael Hamilton.
