Under agenda item 1, I invite the committee to agree to consider in private item 3, which is on our approach to stage 1 consideration of the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc (Scotland) Bill, and item 4, which is on our approach to stage 1 consideration of the Apologies (Scotland) Bill.
