Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon. I welcome members to the 33rd meeting in 2010 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Jamie Stone, Alex Johnstone, Elaine Smith, Helen Eadie and Rhoda Grant. I assume that that is because of the rather inclement weather that we have had. However, it gives us the opportunity to welcome to the committee Bill Aitken, who is attending as a substitute for Alex Johnstone. I thank him for making the effort to come along; it is appreciated.
