Complaint
We move back into open session, and I invite members of the public and press to join us if they so wish. We will allow a moment or two for interested observers to join us.
On 30 June 2005, the Standards and Public Appointments Committee met to consider a complaint from the Presiding Officer in relation to a breach of standing order 7.3, regarding the disorderly conduct of Colin Fox MSP, Frances Curran MSP, Rosie Kane MSP and Carolyn Leckie MSP. The committee has agreed to uphold the complaint and will be recommending sanctions to today's meeting of the Parliament.
