Good afternoon and welcome to the ninth meeting in 2005 of the Waverley Railway (Scotland) Bill Committee. Agenda item 1 is consideration of a late objection to the bill. The committee is required to consider the objection and decide whether the objector has shown good reason for not lodging it within the specified objection period. If we agree that good reason has been shown, the objection will be allowed to proceed to the preliminary consideration stage. Do members agree that the objection should be allowed to proceed to the preliminary consideration stage?
I do not know what it is, but it is agreed.
