Finally, members will note from the annex to the summary of recommendations that minor points arise in relation to the draft Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (Low Income, Low Asset Debtors etc) Regulations 2008 and the draft Budget (Scotland) Act 2007 Amendment Order 2008, as well as SSI 2008/12, SSI 2008/13, SSI 2008/14 and SSI 2008/15. Are we content to raise those minor points with the Scottish Government informally?
