Official Report 340KB pdf
The committee clerk has just reminded me—it must be the private world that occupies the minds of clerks—that we have three substitute committee members today and that the Parliament's procedure is that such members must declare their interests.
That is not on the agenda.

I have no interests to declare in relation to this committee. I direct people to my entry in the register of interests on the Parliament's website.
I do not think that I have any interests that are relevant to the committee.
I am in the same situation.
