Item 2 is to consider what level of scrutiny to adopt for the Prostitution (Public Places) (Scotland) Bill. As members will see from the clerk's paper, it has been suggested that, given that there are minimal costs, we should adopt level 1 scrutiny, which would involve sending our questionnaire to bodies on which costs would fall and forwarding completed questionnaires to the lead committee. Is that agreed?
As previously agreed, we will now go into private session to consider our next item, which is commissioned research on the economic impact of the Scottish budget, and, subsequently, our draft report on the Transport and Works (Scotland) Bill.
Meeting continued in private until 12:29.
