Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 22nd meeting this year of the Justice Committee. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when switched to silent. I have received apologies from David McLetchie.

Item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our work programme?
