Decision on Taking Business in Private

I call members to attention for the ninth meeting of the Health and Sport Committee in 2008. I remind everyone present—at the table or in the public gallery—to ensure that their mobile phones are switched off.

We have received no apologies for absence.

Item 1 on our agenda is a decision on whether to take item 5 in private. Item 5 is consideration of evidence received during item 4, which is on a sports legacy for Scotland. Are committee members content to take item 5 in private, in line with standard practice?
