Item in Private

We begin with agenda item 1, which concerns a decision to consider items 7, 8 and 9 in private. Item 7 concerns the community care inquiry. We are beginning to pull together the conclusions and the recommendations of that inquiry, and the report will be private until it is published. The same applies to item 8, which concerns the budget report. Item 9 deals with a specification for advisers on a forthcoming bill. Traditionally, we have done that in private.
