Decision on Taking Business in Private
Welcome to the Justice Committee’s 21st meeting in 2013. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely as they interfere with the broadcasting system, even when switched to silent. Apologies have been received from David McLetchie, and John Lamont is attending as a substitute.
Under agenda item 1, the committee is invited to agree to take item 4 in private. It is proposed that we take that item in private, as it involves discussing our approach to scrutiny of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill, which will include discussion of possible witnesses. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
