Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2015 (SSI 2015/47)
Good morning and welcome to the seventh meeting in 2015 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. Agenda item 1 is consideration of the Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2015, which is a negative Scottish statutory instrument. Members have a cover note from the clerk, which explains the order. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee had no comments to make on the order. Do members have any comments on it?
