Nobody will speak to item 2. It is simply a request that the committee commission an issues paper on the three suggestions that the Executive has made for improving bill procedures. The suggestions all seem to me to be unremarkable and sensible steps. Is the committee happy for that work to be done and about the suggestions to be put before us?
