"Brussels Bulletin"

We do not have Ian Duncan with us, but perhaps members want to raise points from the bulletin. There is quite a bit on EU 2020 and some issues on Lisbon, but we have discussed those matters fully today. If members do not wish to comment, we will agree to note the bulletin and forward it to the relevant subject committees.
