Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 15th meeting of the Public Audit Committee in 2010. I welcome members, the press, the public and Audit Scotland staff to the meeting. We have received apologies from the convener, Hugh Henry, who is attending the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee to hear evidence on his member’s bill. He plans to join us later in the morning, when that is concluded. I remind everybody present to switch off mobile phones and electronic devices.

Our first item of business is a decision on whether to take in private item 5, which is consideration of the committee’s approach to the report, “Getting it right for children in residential care”. Do members agree to take item 5 in private?
