We have a negative instrument in front of us today: the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2001 (SSI 2001/164). An extract of the Subordinate Legislation Committee's consideration of the instrument was included in your papers. That committee believed that there was no need to draw the attention of Parliament to the instrument. No motions to annul have been lodged and, therefore, no action can be taken on the instrument. Are we all agreed that the Local Government Committee has no recommendation to make on the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2001?
We move into private session.
Meeting continued in private until 16:28.
