I ask the committee to agree to take items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the contents of a draft response to the Executive on the trunk road maintenance contracts. It is normal practice for the committee to consider the draft of a report or letter to the Executive in private. Item 5 is consideration of lines of questioning for witnesses who are to come before the committee in relation to the Licensing (Scotland) Bill. Again, it is normal practice to discuss that in private. Obviously, the questioning will be held in public and, on item 4, the letter to the Executive will be made public once it has been agreed and sent to the minister. I seek the committee's agreement to hold those items in private.
