Good morning and welcome to this meeting of the Health and Community Care Committee.

Item 1 is to ask members whether they are happy to discuss items 5, 6 and 7 in private. Item 5 is the appointment of an adviser for the budget process, and individuals might be discussed. Item 6 is the approach to stage 1 of the Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman Bill, and possible witnesses will be discussed. Item 7 is the draft stage 1 report on the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Bill and it is the committee's usual practice to consider drafts in private. For the reasons I have given, is it agreed that we take those items in private?
