Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 10th meeting this year of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. We have received apologies from Peter Peacock—I am sorry that he is not here.
Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 2, which is consideration of a draft report on the “Code of Practice for Ministerial Appointments to Public Bodies in Scotland”. Are members happy to take item 2 in private?
