Draft Budget Scrutiny 2013-14

We come to item 4. At this stage, all that we need to agree is that we will appoint a budget adviser for the draft budget scrutiny exercise. This is not about identifying a candidate. In fact, it would be inappropriate to talk about potential candidates in public. Do members agree in principle that we will appoint a budget adviser?
