Welcome to the 12th meeting in 2010 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Jamie Stone, the convener, which is why I am convening the meeting, and from Jackson Carlaw and Margaret Curran. I ask members to turn off mobile phones.
Item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that, under item 3, the committee discuss the content of its draft report on the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Bill in private. Do members agree to consider item 3 in private?
