The next item on the agenda is consideration of three Scottish statutory instruments. The first is the Building Standards and Procedure Amendment (Scotland) Regulation 1999 SSI (1999/173). The instrument was laid on 14 December 1999 and is subject to annulment until 9 February 2000. The Subordinate Legislation Committee considered the instrument on 11 January 2000 and had nothing to report. A briefing has been provided by the Scottish Executive. Are members content with the instrument and the briefing note from the Executive?
I can, therefore, confirm that the committee has nothing to report on that instrument.
