Okay comrades, let us start. I welcome Linda Fabiani, who is here as the reporter from the Social Justice Committee. I think that this is the first time that she has been to a Local Government Committee meeting—I am sure that she will enjoy it so much that she will want to come back.

Does the committee agree to take items 4 and 5 in private? Item 4 is our draft report on stage 1 of the Marriage (Scotland) Bill and item 5 is a discussion of potential witnesses on the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill.
