I open the 13th meeting of the Health Committee in session 2. We have received apologies from Helen Eadie.
Item 1 on the agenda is consideration of two instruments that are subject to negative procedure. They are: the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 (SSI 2003/492) and the Food (Hot Chilli and Hot Chilli Products) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 (SSI 2003/493).
The Subordinate Legislation Committee has made no comments on the instruments. No members' comments have been received and no motions to annul the instruments have been lodged. Does the committee agree that it does not wish to make any recommendation in relation to the instruments?
