Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the first meeting in 2011 of the Equal Opportunities Committee. I wish all a happy new year.

We have received apologies from Stuart McMillan.

Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 2 and 3 and the committee’s future consideration of a draft report on the Forced Marriage etc (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Bill. Are members agreed?
