Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome members, our first panellists, who I will introduce in a moment, and visitors in the gallery to the 17th meeting in 2015 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. Agenda item 1 is consideration of two negative instruments, the first of which is the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/226). As no members want to raise any issues on the instrument, are we content to note it?
