Item 2 is consideration of five Scottish statutory instruments, which are all subject to negative procedure. Members have copies of the SSIs and have expressed no concerns about them. No motion to annul has been lodged. The Subordinate Legislation Committee considered the instruments and expressed no concerns about them on any ground within its remit.
