I welcome committee members, members of the public and our first group of witnesses to today's meeting of the Local Government and Transport Committee. Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that we consider in private agenda item 4, which concerns arrangements for stage 1 consideration of the Planning etc (Scotland) Bill. Is it agreed that we consider that item in private?

Members indicated agreement.

Tommy Sheridan (Glasgow) (SSP) indicated disagreement.
