Litigants in Person (Costs and Expenses) (Sheriff Appeal Court) Order 2015 (SSI 2015/398)
The next agenda item is consideration of a negative instrument. The order would allow a party litigant to recover certain sums in relation to civil proceedings in the sheriff appeal court where an order of expenses has been made in their favour. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee did not draw any concerns to our attention.
