Good morning and welcome to the 12th meeting in session four of the Health and Sport Committee. Item 1 is subordinate legislation. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn our attention to the fact that the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme etc (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 contain drafting errors, although none is likely to affect the operation of the regulations.

There are no comments from members, so does the committee agree that we do not wish to make any recommendation to the Parliament on the regulations?
