Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, colleagues. Welcome to the ninth meeting in 2010 of the European and External Relations Committee. I have apologies from Patricia Ferguson.
Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take in private agenda items 6 and 7. We have already agreed to take in private item 5, which is consideration of our Treaty of Lisbon inquiry report. Under item 6, the committee will consider a draft response to a Calman Commission on Scottish Devolution recommendation, and item 7 concerns our international engagement inquiry. Do members agree to take items 6 and 7 in private?
