Good morning and welcome to the 15th meeting in 2013 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. I ask everyone to ensure that mobile phones and other electronic equipment have been switched off.

The first item on the agenda is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private item 2, which is consideration of European Union documents?
