Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome members to the Subordinate Legislation Committee’s 15th meeting in 2013 and, as always, ask them to turn off their mobile phones.
Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that the committee takes items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of a draft report on the Scottish Independence Referendum Bill and item 5 is consideration of a paper by the clerk on police and fire reform. Do members agree to take those items in private?
