Good morning. I welcome everybody to the fifth meeting this year of the Transport and the Environment Committee. I have received no apologies for absence and I expect that a number of members will join us during the meeting.

Item 2 on the agenda invites the committee to agree to take item 5 in private. That is so that we can review the evidence that we will receive this morning on the water inquiry, if time permits. Does the committee agree to take item 5 in private?

Members indicated agreement.

Our next meeting will be on 28 February, when we will take further evidence on the water inquiry from the Minister for Environment, Sport and Culture, Sam Galbraith. Does the committee agree to meet in private at the start of that meeting so that we can consider lines of questioning for the minister?
